Also true and an unlicensed contractor cannot charge more that $2000 on a job without it being illegal because they are not licensed so it's nice cuz u know they can't Fuck u over past that ...but it is smart Malyssa Kell to NOT pay up front ..... Let them come in give u a bid price that INCLUDES PARTS And do not pay any more than half up front enough for supplies and oat the rest when job is DONE if they do not agree to that DONT DO IT

If u have trouble finding someone u want to go through. Let me know my grandmother knows a guy who just did all her flooring and cabinets cuz the dishwasher caused problems ....he's licensed and works for an insurance company so he does the shit all the time

I can take pics, but it wouldn't show all the damage. The floor is really soft and pictures won't show that. I can show you the damage on the counter but I can't till I get off work.
