This website showcases a LOT of abandoned places all over AR. There are several in Hot Springs. One they don't list, however, is an old school building behind and down the road from the Albert Pike Walmart. http://www.abandonedar.com/

Also...I breed rats, so if you want to get a good 'abandoned' feel on any of your photos...I can help out by lending some rats. Of course, I'll be there to handle them so you don't have to.

There is an old mill just past the gorge off of 7 north. After you pass that park on the right you make a left (don't know the name of the road) and drive until you see it. It's not that far back
