Hello Foodie Friends! Looking for any recommended restaurants in Florence, Italy please!
Mark M. answered:
It's been 4 years, but Trattoria da Tito and Il Parata (cheap but really good) were notable. Both appear to have become popular now, so hopefully fame has not ruined them.

You must go to Buca Mario! Simply amazing. The best food we had in Florence, Rome and Sorrento on our trip last year. They specialize in Bistecca alla Fiorentina. Service, atmosphere and food were all top notch. And Florence is a beautiful city. Have a wonderful time!

Le Volpi e l'Uva, just over the Ponte Vecchio, kind of hidden! In the Piazza dei Rossi.....a nice little wine bar with fantastic small bites! Great selection of, by the glass, wines opened daily and the assorted cheeses and meats and some focaccia to go with are a perfect reprieve from a day of wandering the old town! I had one of the best Tignanellos EVER there! www.levolpieluva.com
