Looking for a General contractor to do quite a bit of renovations at the place I work. 75% of it is bringing stuff up to date. For example removing carpet and wallpaper and laying new flooring. Hasn't had work done in a while. The other 25% is structure changing work like moving a wall in by about 5 feet and removing a couple doorways. In addition to all this need parking lot paved. There is minor electrical work also. Been stood up by 2 General contractors for estimates and sick of playing games.
