General tips: if wedding is gonna be big, ask manager of the hotel/wedding house to prepare dishes to taste them before party; always ask about all costs, dont's forget about decoration, korkowe (for every open bottle of alcohol), waiters, accidentally destroyed equipment etc.; find someone to be your "right hand" to help you deal with some cases when you're busy and to decide and keep control during the wedding.
