ISO a hair dresser. I do not want to cut or dye my hair. I am wanting a spiral perm and home kits aren't going to cut it. My hair is too thick and heavy. Recommendations? Can't afford $250.

Went to the place in the mall ITS. They are good, but they can't do my hair in a perm. They said after they got the rods in I wouldn't fit under a dryer I guess.

I've been there. I told them only 10 inches and to donate it to locks of love. They took off 23 inches, charged me $85 dollars for the cut and didn't even style it! Pony tail chop and kicked me out the chair. I cried for a week. I won't do that again.
