The wellness center at Monadnock Hospital has them two days a week starting at 6:30-7:45 I believe! If you don't have a membership it's $10 a day though

Last i knew they had on days my kids are at swim team training...I thought there were in New Ipswich or Jaffrey. Thx

Breath and Balance in Jaffrey, Monadnock Yoga and Soul Yoga in Peterborough. Also, Yoga for Health in Townsend, MA. There are several studios in Keene and Merrimack, too.
