So I am avoiding Comcast, what other internet providers do you recommend? I already checked with century link and wanted to see if there is anything a bit cheaper but not super crappy. Chances are I am going with century link but just curious. :)

If its in your area I definitely suggest frontier, but they don't service all of whatcom county is the downside.

Speed isn't the biggest issue. I don't need it for school or work . Mostly Netflix Hulu ect.

If you have a school aged child and are income eligible, Comcast offers Internet Essentials for $10/month. I would not deal with them otherwise. They are the Devil.

No he is only 21 months. I am a single stay at home mom cause my son needs 24/7 care, he is special needs. We get what his dad was able to give him his social security when he passed. So the budget is very limited.

Google Internet Essentials and check if the rules are still the same. There maybe exceptions for special needs.

I had wave and loved it!! Inexpensive for cable and internet. They don't service my address or I would definitely have them now!

I have had so many problems with frontier. I definitely wouldn't recommend! But I also understand all providers are good and bad for different people.

Century link advertised 1995 a month but when I called its was 29 plus 10 rental fee for their router.
