Kelly P. answered: I have used a few chiropractors in my time and I was pleased with Dr. Colby at White Mountain. $100-150 for a first exam with no insurance and $50-70 for follow ups The lower prices are probably closer to reality. The Spinal Corrective Center in Milford has an intensive practice model and may be more dollars although I do believe they have a top notch practice. White Mountain is a bit more "user friendly" and less intense about requiring follow up visits. I go to a chiropractor on an as needed basis but when I started going many years ago, I did go three times a week for a while until my symptoms diminished and my visits became less frequent. Soft tissue body work can help enhance the benefits of chiro work. I'm always happy to share my experiences if you need to talk with someone prior to going.
