Moving here next weekend and I have a huge quest! Who has an amazing hair stylist that also does color perfect? I am naturally a brunette but love blonde hair, I've had it for a couple years :) I have long hair and hate getting it cut, mostly just trims, barely. preferring not to spend too much but want great quality and satisfaction.
