Brooke R. answered: Do NOT go to https://www.facebook.com/513024792045584 DC Tatts, Inc. in Round Rock. Long story but an apprentice was allowed to do my tattoo without any superior or anyone in the shop, but I wasn’t told he was an apprentice until after it was done. It looks like a kid did it. I reached out to get it fixed and was contacted a couple of times for details and then they just stopped responding about it. It’s a suicide awareness ribbon for my dad and it’s a shame it looks so awful.

April P. answered: Well, I got one at Needlewerx in 2016. It blew out massively. Had to have a half sleeve done to cover up the blowout. So beware. That said, the guys over at https://www.facebook.com/151409521554490 Pigment Dermagraphics and Fine Arts were outstanding. I love my half sleeve that covers up the blowout. They specialize in the New School style but I believe they do Traditional as well.

Krystal R. answered: For Georgetown the best is definitely T's blues & tattoo. Needlewerx also has some good work. I have not been impressed by 95% of the work I've seen from one love. In Round Rock I can only recommend Travis Sleeper at D.C. Tats. In Austin James Rhodes, Aura I believe both are at platinum ink & also atomic tattoo is good. Also, ironworkz leather & tattoo. As always go talk to the artist & check out their portfolio before committing to make sure it's a good fit.
