Michelle Ralph Fierce Fitness by Michelle Ralph. She does PT from home at Quakers Hill. Bootcamp's run on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 am. Wednesday nights 6:30 pm and Saturday mornings 7 am. All at Stanhope Baseball fields. Highly recommend her. Passionate, driven and gets results. And it's always fun!!!! (And baby/kid-friendly too!)
