Bonnie S. answered: If you're in Sosua, Britannia or Jolly Roger is great. If you're between Sosua and Cabarete, Crazy Ranch is absolutely fantastic (and I love their barbecue), if you're in Kite Beach you should check out Vitamin D Cafe, and if you're in Cabarete, I enjoy Lazy Dog or Fresh Fresh.
