Looking for a local Meyer plow mechanic. Plow will not lift or angle. Connections good, fluid good. No rust on the connections.

Box over the relays; Take off the cover, and slide the bayonet connectors on and off a few times to clean the brass. Put some anti-oxidation grease on and plow for another ten years

Do you have means (multi meter or 12 v circuit tester) to see if you have power and ground at the electric motor? I am guessing motor died.

Yes, you are probably right, I did some google trouble shooting and that is what it points to
