Electrician referrals in Monahans, TX from Oct 08, 2012

Still in desperate need of an electrician! We can't get an answer from anyone around here. Half of the electricity in the house is off and half of it is on. They disconnected all the burnt wires, which means I cannot do laundry. I don't have working electricity in my living rm., spare bedroom, my room, or most of the hallway as well as no central heat or air! IF YOU KNOW SOMEONE AVAILABLE TO COME FIX IT, PLEASE LET ME KNOW!
Most places we called do not do residential call outs. The other numbers we got no answer!
