Marlina R. answered: Yes my dress has an over layer of Lace. So both need to be altered. I'm sure it will be more and I anticipated to pay about 350. I just about dies when she gave me the total.

Nubia S. answered: It's Carmen's Tailoring...she was on Kings, but think she's somewhere else in Brandon now. I hope one of those two places works out the last thing a bride needs at this point is something to go wrong with the dress.:)
