Definitely call the Child Care Center of Dutchess and Putnam before deciding anything. They will give you referrals based on your location, day care needs, and finances. The number is 845-473-4141. This is the organization that oversees the NYS licensed child care programs in Putnam County. They will also be able to tell you about different types of care available, such as licensed in-home care, smaller day care programs, and larger child care programs. Also, make sure to visit several before you decide which is the best fit for your child!

Stage III Childcare in Patterson on Rt 311 & Cushman Rd is excellent (845) 878-3396 and the Mission Church Pre School Academy is in Holmes, but right over the Kent border on Rt 52 http://tmcacademy.com/TMCA_Mobile/tmcamobileV2.html is great, as well!

Can anyone recommend any East Coast Radomir like RIE furniture sellers/builders? I live in NY, Ulster County specifically, and am looking to furnish a small home...

We have our gross motor equipment at https://www.facebook.com/293187717403845 Little Learners Lodge https://www.facebook.com/179209038927988 custom built. I think you'll also find Community Playthings RIE friendly furniture wise. IKEA another great source. Toys- hit the kitchen pantry. I also love ETSY and Amazon- just make sure that anything you purchase is safe for little ones to mouth.
Hey guys I need help for advertising for my daycare. I have put flyers all around Hyde Park and Rhinebeck. And I am also going to put an ad in the paper in Rhinebeck....

I second Care.com. Might have to get a membership, but that's where people go.
