I’ve had excellent Indian at Zafferano on via al Prato. Also, just tried the new Armenian/ Georgian restaurant Ararat in Borgo la Croce, good but not cheap. They do have a €12 lunch weekdays, though.

i heard Il Cuore is legit japanese. Com Saigon for vietnamese. This isnt really a city for diverse food...

Al Noor is my favorite for Indian, and they have delivery! I also really like Tehran, an Iranian restaurant on Via dei Cerchi.
https://www.facebook.com/1988315698053921Rooster Cafè is good for brunch, burgers, salads, lunch stuff. Really good fresh juices. Also free WiFi so you can usually hang out and work on your laptop (its small so depends how busy it is sometimes)

L'areperia firenze has really good Venezuelan food and good prices, on Borgo la Croce there is a great greek place..Koto Ramen on VIa Verde is amazing and Com Saigon has extremely authentic and well made vietnamese food but it's a little pricey. For Japenese both Osaka Ristorante Giapponese and Hoseki are great.
