If you have important guests I would recommend the old police office in Ede (http://www.hetoudepolitiebureau.nl/), high quality food service and atmosphere. Partly Dutch food and other European influences (French). Book in time though.

Some very good suggestions here ( except kebab... not very Dutch!) Another suggestion is the pancake house in Wageningen ( Koekoek Pannekoek) or Pannenkoekenhuis De Langenberg in Ede. Both are not very close to the train station, but pannenkoeken are very Dutch and inexpensive.

go to Restaurant Rijkskamer in Bennekom. They use Dutch influences in a French style kitchen, are very friendly, have a Nice location, but are a little on the steep side when it comes to prices
