Eastern Peds. Julie Strickland Erwin & Karen Goth were two of the absolute best Chief Residents the Brody School of Medicine ever had graduate back to back. I enjoyed working for them and never once were they rude, rushed or incompetent with a patient's plan of care. Phillips is a sweetheart as well. Worked for him in night clinic. I personally love Holbrook with Children's Health Services but he isn't everyone's cup of tea. Beckett sees Andy Brinn, the head attending of ECU Adult & Pediatric Healthcare, his associate OKeefe would see you all for sure. but he is not taking new patients at the moment.

Of course. I worked with Caroline Morgan for all 4 years of her residency as well. Top of her class. You have a lot of choices. Can't go wrong. Good luck!!

We saw Dr. Blair at Park Place pediatrics and to date (after many moves and peds) she is still our favorite.

Eastern Peds is on Arlington between fire tower and red banks...closer to red banks. We always saw Erwin with Taylor but have seen Phillips with Jack and been very pleased with both. I don't like sugar coating...I want someone to be very straight forward with me and they have been. Never waited except for on a Monday morning which is understandable.

During my short stent at Pitt I did not meet many of the PEDs because i was on nights. However I did become very impressed with Dr Morgan. She made her rounds personally to each of her pts rooms and did her exam at the bedside. She was great with the babies AND the parents. She was genuine. She came early because then she went to her practice to tx pts. All the others came at 7 or later and had all the babies corralled to the nursery for their convenience. If I wasn't an hour from Greenville I would take Adalynn to her at Pirate PEDs for sure.

Angela Stewart. She's a younger black lady. Was wonderful with Clay. We loved her. She's off Fire Tower Road. If interested I will get u her info. Another dr in with her is Louise Bradshaw. She was great also. I would never have made it with a baby at 40 if they hadn't helped. LOL

Only only only Caroline Morgan at Pirate Pediatrics for my babies:). Jk, she is wonderful and was amazing with Alexander and with Sophia! Alex is still at children's Health Services and Dr Wooten is vey good with him but I really personally like Dr mOrgan the best:). Schedule an appt with ur three top picks and go have a sit down with them all to see which you like the best:).

So far I absolutely agree with Shauna Everett! I love dr Morgan. But I've heard great things about so many of these others too. Dr. Morgan is the baby whisperer...she mesmerizes Liam & always takes time to listen to my ridiculous questions!

Consult your dad?? Seems there are a lot of good pediatricians in the area...We did Farmville Peds. until recently (go to Hookerton Family since they are older)...there were good doctors and better doctors there. Unfortunately in bigger practices like that, you rarely see the same doctor all the time, so hard to establish a consistent relationship.
