I haven't been back to him since I started running but in 2010 at the age of 25 I had bunion surgery. I was overweight and didn't exercise. I would recommend Beverly Riley at BalanceWorks Massage in Shaker Place (Pacific and I-680.). She is an LMT, not a doctor. She does a technique called Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) and she cured my PF three years ago. I went to a podiatrist and physical therapy and those did not help. Please give AIS a try. Good luck--I know that PF is no fun.
