I tried calling several times and it went straight to voicemail. No-one called back for days. I sent e-mails and only 24 hours after the second mail did someone finally reply by the name of Fionna. She was unapologetic and said their shipment was delayed so it wouldn't get to me in time for my event. 2 weeks later nothing has arrived and no comms, no replies!!!
