Hi, my name is Keith.
I used to be a Computer Aided Design (CAD) Engineer/Draughtsman for 16 years and then a Production Planner/Manager for another 8 years back in the UK . I came to Perth wanting a complete change so I looked into a few things and decided on Window Cleaning. I spent time with a Professional Window Cleaner East of Perth who showed me techniques and equipment required for the job. All my gear I buy from either WA, Victoria, NSW, the UK or the U.S.A. It is all professional equipment and not just bought from a local DIY store. I've now been running my own business for 2 and a half years and I thoroughly enjoy it. In that time I have already built up many happy regular customers and also ones that just want a clean when it suits. When you book to use Ocean Window Cleaning you actually get me and only me working at your home or business. I don't have anyone working with me unlike other small businesses who may leave their helper to finish off a job at your home whilst they go to start their next job. Working alone as opposed to a team and with the business being my own allows greater quality work and more care taken.

I offer regular cleans - One visit I can do the externals of the windows and then my next visit I can do the internals or whatever suits. It is always surprising how dirty the insides can get with hand / pet marks, bug juice, old stickers etc.
Optional extras with a window clean:
All window and door tracks brushed, vacuumed, wiped and then sliding door tracks are sprayed. This enables most of the ground in dirt to be removed. (some businesses just skim round the tracks,I make it a job in itself!)
Internal french windows cleaned.
Balcony fencing cleaned.
Hard water build up removed from external windows.
Pool fencing cleaned (hard water build up removed or just a general clean).
Discount to... show more customers after the first clean.
