  I see Dr. Goebel with Pediatric Specialists of Plano (www.psopkids.com) and he is a 5 th generation pediatrician and research based so he is a learner and not stuck in the old traditional ways... but if you want more of a natural approach for her diet...I would recommend Lata Shridharan M.D. with (www.txnaturalpediatics.com) She takes more of a natural approach. Both are in Plano. As far as daycares....many will say they will follow strict diets but u have to continue to advocate and remind them just in case they don't follow through. In home daycare may be best. There's one near my home (Cokys Daycare) It's in home and licensed. I was going to take my little one there but the hours didn't line up with my schedule:( She's open from 7:30-5:30. (I work downtown Dallas so sometimes it's much later when I make it home in traffic:( ) Hope this helps.
