Osteopathy is a well recognised system of diagnosis and treatment, focusing mainly on the body’s structure and function. It is a hands-on approach that can help address a multitude of problems, whether they are long standing, or sudden onset.
Treatments are personalised to your individual needs and goals, can provide short term relief, or can be used as part of a maintenance programme to manage pain and retain functionality.
Initial appointment (30-45min) £40

Elly studied at the prestigious British School of Osteopathy in London, qualifying with a Master’s degree. During her training, Elly spent time in various clinics and developed an interest in treating expectant mothers, children, athletes, and the elderly.
Elly developed an interest in Osteopathy whilst working as a gymnastics coach, after retiring from the sport herself. She found osteopathic treatment valuable when facing personal injury in the past, and has moved to Suffolk to help others who could also benefit from treatment.
