Not only did he not do ANY work, and I mean NONE, he (after over 8 weeks of excuses and lies) picked a fight with me, so he could quit, though usually work has to be done, to quit.... and refused to give the insurance money back. He fraudulently pulled permit to reroof, under another Contractor's name, who had actually fired him, for doing the same aggressive bullying to another lady. He wasn't licensed to do roofing, only decks and fences. So Thomas Belcher basically stole over $5000.00 from a disabled woman. Pikes Peak Regional Building Dept. held a hearing, which, again he lied at. They didn't buy the crap he was selling, and pulled his class D licensed. He lied to my bank, ENT, saying he was subcontracting out the roof. He knew full well, he's too low on the Contractor totem pole to subcontract anything. And why would I need a middle man to hire a roofer? This man is a liar, and thief. He will tell the most insane stories, and get mad when you don't believe the ridiculous lies and don't believe him. Stay as far away from him as you can. I trusted him to do what he claimed he would do, and he didn't even do one minute of work. Just took what we've paid into for 28 years that we've been with USAA. He's going to wish he had done the right thing, I'm going to make sure he never does this to anyone else
