Andrew R. asked:Can anyone recommend a good contractor for repairing water damage? The previous owners of our house let the kitchen sink leak into the cabinet/floor for a long time, maybe years. We got the leak fixed, but I'm pretty sure the floor & counters are slowly caving in around the sink. We also have an oval window that must not be watertight because the wooden frame is rotting out on the inside bottom.
