I have an elderly neighbor, widow, I noticed that one of her entry way porch steps has rotted and a portion of it looks like it broke off. She currently has a bleach bottle sitting on the step to warn people. I would like to get it fixed for her. She is a good neighbor and I know she would appreciate it as she is on a fixed incom. Don't want to pay too much, shouldn't be a difficult job for someone who knows how to replace a step. Joe S. asked:Morning Medford, we discovered water damage to the lower walls and trim in our 4 seasons room. I opened up one of the walls and was not happy with what we found. Needless to say, total repair on all lower walls needs to happen. We figured out where the water is coming from (at least we are pretty sure). Remove & replace studs, remove & replace sheathing, put new beadboard up & obviously help determine exact cause of leak and correct issue. Any recommendations very much appreciated.
