  VinoDiVino, Divinis, Osteria Da Clara, La Bottega di Finestra, Gastronomia Ligure, Don Totò. Can't assure you ownership is 100% Italian, though. I am not a huge fan of Wine & Food when it is about the cooking part; but the quality of stuff is indeed good and it has some of the best price/quality ratio in Prague speaking of Italian groceries. Pizza Nuova (or PepeNero) if you were up for Neapolitan pizza. Angelato is the sole real choice for ice cream. Hope it's a good start for your quest. :-)

  Some of the finest Italian establishments you can find in Prague are not Italian-owned or operated. My impression is that most of the Italian "entrepreneurs" (LOL) who came to Prague had something very clear in mind: "They don't understand the product! We can give them whatever we want and price it randomly!". Wine & Food and Ambi are Czech. The guy who made Angelato should be Serbian. Osteria Da Clara.. British? VinoDiVino's chef was also Czech, as far as I recall. Divinis.. I think it is somehow related to Pohlreich. I don't care, in the end, as long as they can give me pasta al dente and not chewing-glue. :-)
