  Looking for a good place to go for a women's haircut (medium-length hair with layers). I'm not a big fan of budget salons, but I don't like paying $40+ per cut at fancy salons, since it takes less than half an hour to wash, cut, and dry my hair. Any other places to go?   Looking for someone who will do a make up application lesson for two 13 year olds for a reasonable price and not try to get me to buy really high end products. This is what my daughter wants for her birthday and then she will be purchasing her own products with money she's earned. We both just think it would be nice to have someone , who's not mom, instructing her.
