Twin Fit prides itself on a "no-nonsense" approach to fitness. All classes are based on traditional body weight exercises including HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training), circuit/bootcamp and FBX (Fatburn Extreme), a 20min max intensity workout.

Our classes combine calisthenics, dynamic, and isometric exercises to rocket fitness levels and incinerate visceral fat stores in a short space of time.
