I'm in relatively good shape and have worked out for a number of years. Taking a (short) break from Crossfit but my 40th b'day is approaching in January and my personal goal is to be at top physical form. Nutrition and high intensity workouts are what I'm looking for.   Check out Genesis Performance & Fitness Systems on Bethelview. Best of Forsyth two years in a row. Brian Teague or Mary Langford Moffit or any of the other trainers are amazing.
