I especially appreciate before and after photos, (because I'm never going to go up on our two and a half storey roof to check and see what work was actually done...) our roof repairs from over two years ago are still keeping us dry.

  JL Cruz! Luis did some roof repairs for us a year and a half ago. He is super professional, personable and thorough and fully licensed and insured. He had extensive photo documentation with his proposal, as well as after photos showing the work he did included with the invoice. Previous quotes we got were all over the map, and no one bothered to actually get on the roof to have a look before him.
