  My TMJ the past few weeks has been the worst it's ever been- I was diagnosed with it at 19. I am in so much pain and sleeping and chewing have been very tough. I need to do something, was thinking of trying a chiropractor or even acupuncture. Can anyone recommend anyone or anywhere? Any help is so appreciated, I'm pretty miserable.

  I can olny recommend 1 place. Frieman chiropractic at parkville shopping center. (410) 668-4000 they fixed my back problem years ago, and stopped my headaches. Joan O'Niel goes there too. I think they are very good. But, Noah should go into a hot tub for 15 minutes w jets to relax the muscles. then put ice on for 15 minutes, then wait 1 hour, and repeat. a gentle massage is needed for the whole back and neck and shoulders...to make the muscles relax and stop the spine from getting pulled out.

  Frieman Chiropractic He's great! Also friends with people at your church. I've been going to him since before Emmy was born... so like 8 years or so. His staff and his self are good people, careful, caring, eye for detail. I can not recommend this office enough.
