  Fashion Fabrics but they tend to be quite expensive - you can also try Raina Silk in Pettah - 2 nd cross street . They tend to have quite a good selection. I doubt you'd get it exactly as your pics but a good seamstress can do additional work...

  Katerina Pe II, in this heat, going to places like Pamunuwa or Pettah is a definite no no for me. I'd recommend https://www.facebook.com/157373277673617 Fashion Fabrics, it's in Colombo 3, almost right opposite Pilawoos. Not the cheapest of places, but you do get a huge variety of all kinds of materials, or if you are towards Dehiwela, try the Cotton Fab, right next to the Crystal Supermarket.
