A big concern is for this company (or person) to do a good job of screening potential renters. This unit is in very good condition and the owners take great care of it. It has a strong rental history and has been renting since 2009. It is very important for the owners to find a trusted company or person to take care of managing their rentals. The Sea Vista complex doesn't allow rentals to Spring Breakers or anyone under 25 years old and it is important that the rental company follows this rule. Please contact me privately if you can recommend a company from personal experience or if you know of someone who would be interested that you can recommend.
