About Boot Camp:
We know the word Boot Camp scares a lot of people BUT don’t stop reading! Georgia Boot Camp is for everyone and it is nothing to be afraid of. If you have weight to loose or a fitness goal to reach, we are here to help you attain those goals.
Many different types of workouts have captured the attention of people across the country but everyone is different and so are your workout needs. What we provide is an intense workout routine that is sure to get your entire body toned. The workouts can be modified to accommodate different fitness levels or to accommodate different injuries or limitations.
Boot Camp is challenging but it is sure to push you to your fitness goals and we promise you will see results!
Your Trainer:
Jason James, owner of Georgia Boot Camp, is a former U.S. Marine and certified law enforcement officer. Jason is certified in Group and Boot Camp Fitness. He is an Advocare consultant with a full line of products. Jason is a gentle giant that can train you, in a group or personal setting, to attain your fitness goals.
Who does Jason train?
Anyone!!! You are not too young or too old to attend the Boot Camp sessions. There is even a Kid’s Boot Camp on the 1st Saturday of every month from 10:30 am- 11:15 am.
Feel free to stop by our gym and check us out. If you would like to try a workout before joining, we can make that happen! Our team believes in our product enough to let you “try it out”!!
