    Matt is truly passionate about health, proper nutrition, & fitness. I have been very impressed by his passion to help clients, his knowledge, and his ability to quickly connect with people and help them assess their goals. He provided me an easy to understand nutrition plan along with a variety of workout plans to keep me interested and focused. He is with you at all steps along the way, either in person, phone, or text. He also knows nutrition and fitness are not a one-size fits all, so he is always monitoring you to make adjustments to maximize your efforts. He makes working out fun and inspires me to reach new goals; he knows what my limits are and how far he can push them. He also places a high value on correct form with each exercise. Over the past few months I have noticed increased energy, my balance and flexibility have improved immensely, and I've got great new muscles. Simi Valley. Been in fitness for over 25 years. Passionate about helping people lose weight, tone up and get healthier.
Describe a typical work day for you?
Full time tech job by day. Fitness activities during early morning hours. Personal trainer in the eve. Raising two beautiful teen daughters.
From where do you draw your enthusiasm and inspiration for the job?
Life in general. My daughters, my work, the news, helping people alter their lives.
How can a customer ensure that they receive the best possible service from you?
By educating thenselves, stating committed to the custom plans i develop for them and being consistent in employing the plans daily.
What has been your most memorable experience on the job?
Seeing some of my clients lose 25+ lbs in 50 days. Seeing the difference i have made in their lives.
