  Question: My fabulous Momma recently found out she's pre-diabetic. Given that she's been vegan for a few years and she exercises multiple times a week, I find this to be pretty strange, but that's not the point. She'll be meeting with her doctor's recommended nutritionist, but she's also looking for a nutritionist who specializes in plant-based diets. If anyone has a recommendation (close proximity to Denver would be ideal, but phone consultations might be fine), I would LOVE to hear it!
