Sandi B. asked:I'm looking for an honest, reliable A/C company for my businesses. As you can see, this is my experience with our previous company in our Nashville location. We had a 5 year warranty, 5 years and 4 months later we can practically purchase a new one for repair cost. We did carry a maintenance agreement and the unit just started not cooling properly periodically out of the blue. I was offered the repair without labor from them but was still over $3000 for the part only. Then they said they would clean and replace the coolant (flush it) at no cost, when I ask if that would fix the problem? I was told no.... so what's the point of doing it? Are commercial A/C units disposable now? Sure seems like it. And yes, we are filing a complaint with the BBB tomorrow. Suggestions on a reliable company are greatly appreciated!
