  Hello members, I had such a positive experience with this group last time I posted I'm hoping you guys can help me again. I have a friend from France who has a 19 month son. Her son wakes up nightly howling in pain on the hour. She has a pediatrician who she has not seen once since her child was born. The Dr works at a hospital and is never at his clinic and never returns calls. She's seen numerous Dr from various clinics and they all say "he's fine" "let him cry" "don't give him milk" etc. She's even gone to the emergency room a few times. The parents haven't slept in months and are at a breaking point and worried sick. This morning she called a client and the receptionist was horrid with her and told her that "there are procedures, you can't just show up here!!!??? The director at her daycare is a Dr from Algeria who unfortunately is not permitted to practice here. He has diagnosed the baby and advised her what the treatments should be down to the medication but he can't do anything here. Does anyone have an "in" with a Dr who would take this lovely family so they can stop the babies suffering. Suggestions? Thanks everyone.

  A question from one of our mommies: Does anyone know of a clinic that will take walk-ins or a last minute appointment. I need to take my 3 year old tomorrow but the clinic we go to (Tiny Tots on Decarie) is closed on Saturday.

  I am living in the east end, and I found the number of 2 doctors that are taking new patients. They are in the West island. Which is OK, my Mom lives there. I get to go to her house afterwards and have dinner made for us! LOL. If anyone needs the numbe r, let me know. Also, try Tiny Tots. They are off Sources Blvd. You register on line, and make your appointments on line. If your child is sick, you make the appointment by internet. Most often it will be the same day appointment.
