About us
Jemma of 3D Physiotherapy is a highly skilled musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a special interest in sports and sporting injuries, with a wealth
of experience in treating complex musculoskeletal conditions.
Our physio is on hand to specifically assess, diagnose and treat conditions ranging from acute and chronic sporting injuries, injury prevention, postural problems, mobility issues and dysfunctions.
3D Physiotherapy prides itself of the standard of service and programming it gives each client. Our aims is to treat clients on an individual basis, giving the appropriate time and care to each individual. We develop training and sporting goals and work to achieve these using a wide variety of traditional physiotherapy techniques such as;

Muscle Energy Techniques
Manual Therapy
Mobilisations
Strength Training
Exercise Therapy
Our special area of interest is in the functional rehabilitation and injury prevention for all sports.
We use a unique approach to treatment and assessment which allows us to utilise your body and your patterns of movement to help correct movement dysfunctions. Jemma trains along side the 3D-People working with the body in all three planes of movement to help correct movement dysfunctions, which could be affecting your training, your posture or your hobbies.
Jemma has worked in musculoskeletal injuries for more than 5 years, she has a plethora of experience treating many musculoskeletal conditions. She has a keen interest in all sports including Crossfit, individual and team sports, working previously in Rugby.

Front doors - I am specifically looking to get a grey UPVC front door but they seem a bit hard to come by. 2. Sports physio or similar - I am in training for the Gt South Run but am having some issues with my ankles and need some treatment and advice. 3. We need to get some t-shirts/running vests made for the run (running vest type material rather than cotton) with our info on - can anyone help please.
