  Hey everyone, does anyone know a good massage place that deals with tight and knotted muscles in the neck and shoulder. Google isnt coming up with anything other than a spa type massage or sensual :S haha

  Hi Sam, i am sorry to hear that your husband has tight and knotted muscles. I don't recommend doing only a neck and shoulder massage, even though it feels that its originating from there. The body is one big organism and all the muscles are linked. So by doing only sections at a time, spreads the toxins to another area and in a few days he will probably be exactly where he was when he went the first time. Try to book him into a place where he can have a deep tissue massage focusing on the whole body. It is important to keep on top of massaging as well. Unfortunately there is a stigma clinging to massage being a luxury or a treat. By not getting rid of those knots and tightness in the correct manner, the blood cant circulate through those knots and eventually the body doesn't function as well as it should.
