About us
The best thing about a home based cooking venture, apart from hygiene, is the passion that is present in the products. And when baking is concerned it thrives not only on the ingredients but the passion and love with which it is made.
At mad batter the things that are made aren't merely by the book, they are baked with LOVE! And I, Aashna Agarwal, add a personal touch to every single goodie.
All the products are made with fresh ingredients (no pre mixes used)
Personally, I like the concept of naked cakes with a dash of ganache (naked cakes are cakes without the crumb coat, cream, icing, fondant). But because of the increasing popularity all kinds of cakes and cupcakes are baked in my kitchen.
