I'm fairly new to the area and a first time home buyer so I just got my first riding mower and it's stinking up my garage!Pam S. replied:We just got through getting estimates on replacing a storage building that was damaged back during the winter. I decided to go with Hohl's Renovations https://www.facebook.com/HohlsRenovations to build ours. We got several estimates and decided Hohl's was who I wanted to build ours. We had a unique situation where the building had to be hand built inside of a fenced in backyard and was on the opposite side of my septic tank, so use of heavy equipment was not an option for us. I did call Wammock's in Louisburg and they will either deliver a building already built or for extra can build on site. But I believe they told me they could not tie down the building, which Franklin County required. They could sell me the tie down kit, but would not do it. So that is one reason I could not use them. So make sure you check the building code to see what is required for storage buildings before making your final decision. Cobb's Mill Utility Buildings in Lousiburg might also be a place to call as well. They did tell me they would tie down a storage building but it was an additional cost to do so.
