  April... Dr. Carter fixed my knee.... he is phenomenal and you have seen what I do with my knee! My neighbor, a former Phx suns player, coach and scout relies on him. He has fixed many professional athletes as well. He is at TOCA, about 20 th street and Highland. I LOVE that man for giving me my true and real life back! You may want to get a couple of opinions...
