  Does anyone know a good family restaurants that offer gluten free items that can be trusted? I've just been diagnosed with celiac disease, but still want to go out and eat with my husband and kids. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  Beechies Place in the Meadowlands has a gluten free menu. I've talked with the chef there before and he won't even classify non-gluten items that go in the same fryer as other foods as gluten free. They're very cautious!
