  Air conditioner was on an elevated platform that pulled from the foundation of the house on one side. Other side is still bolted to the foundation as well as a second unit. Not sure why this happened, but interested in moving both units to the ground to avoid this in the future. Looking for recommendations for someone that can move the units and someone that can repair the holes in the foundation that were left by these bolts. Thanks in advance!!

My home warranty will cover my coil replacement (yay), but the HVAC company is telling me I need some other non-covered things done in order to replace the coil.
