  http://www.legalaction.org is the website for legal action in Wisconsin it says that they serve 39 counties if you are in Walworth county then you will need to contact the Racine office but if your in Dane rock Jefferson OE green county you will need to contact the Madison office I hope this helps

  That's so not true. There are many very good attorneys who are honest and care for their community. I don't know a local civil lawyer personally, but legal aid would be a good place to start in getting referrals and/or information.
