  I am in search of someone that can make this cake for me it doesn't have to be exactly like this with the ruffles on the bottom because i want icing instead of fondant but id like it to be similar. Her party is on the 26th I had someone that was going to make it but now they can't so if anyone knows anyone that could do this in a weeks time for a reasonable price please let me know.
